“I spent the last week of 2025 at this hotel. It was a spontaneous solo trip, and I wasn’t familiar with the area. Michelle welcomed me late at night and kindly provided a coffee maker, since the kitchens aren’t equipped unless you request utensils at the front desk. The hotel is fairly new and modern, and the mountain views are spectacular. My room was spacious, and the hardwood flooring gave it a nice, upscale feel. I stayed for a full week, and overall it was a great experience. Only one night my neighbors were being loud late at night, but I called the front desk and they handled it immediately—no issues after that. The staff was consistently friendly, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The walls seem well insulated, which makes sense for a newer hotel. There aren’t many dining options around, but my car rental was very close, and within a 10–15 minute walk (depending on your pace), there’s a Walmart and several places to eat. I walked with no issues and temperature was around low 40s. Shoutout to Michelle for taking some extra minutes to chat with me before my flight—she was very warm, kind and had a great sense of humor. The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t have a pool or hot tub. There is a small gym, though, which gets the job done if you’re on vacation. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I visit Colorado Springs”
“The View Was Amazing! I booked this hotel on short notice because the pricing was very affordable, and I was genuinely impressed by how much it exceeded my expectations. For the price I paid, the quality of the stay was outstanding. In fact, it was nicer than several Hilton properties I’ve stayed at and very comparable to Courtyard and SpringHill Suites just with a much more appealing price point. The beds were comfortable. The room was beautiful. I LOVED little wall between the two beds. If I had my kids with, it would be perfect lol. The level of service was excellent and on par with higher-end hotels. The rooms were modern and clearly brand new everything. I felt fresh, comfortable, and well maintained. Boujie on a budget. While there is no hot breakfast service, the money saved on the room more than makes up for it. Guests can easily prepare their own meals in the in-room kitchen or grab breakfast nearby, which is a convenient tradeoff. They offer some grab and go items with COFFEE! The staff truly stood out. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Cleanliness was exceptional throughout the entire property. Even during snowy conditions, the entrance, front areas, and hallways were consistently spotless. The elevator was impressively clean every time I used it, which gave me extra peace of mind. I HATE pushing buttons that 1 million others touched, 95% of them haven't washed their hands. Hallelujah Overall, this was a very comfortable, clean, and well-managed stay that far exceeded expectations for the price. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. I will stay much longer next visit!!”
“Excellent Stay — Clean, Modern, and Convenient I had an excellent stay at this Extended Stay America location. The room was impeccably clean, and the property itself appeared newly built or recently renovated—very modern, clean, and refreshing. The front desk offers a full selection of kitchen utensils, and guests may borrow additional appliances at no cost, which added great convenience to the stay. The pricing was exceptional given the overall quality and amenities. Nicole and Noah are the only names I got but the entire staff was nice. I was happy when I saw the staff go and sweep up dirt/leaves immediately. I enjoy clean areas and it was nice to see the staff treat the location like it was my home. It made you feel happy like when you walk into Buc-ee's Big Gas Station. I would recommend a special air freshener smell for the hallways and elevator. A grab-and-go breakfast was available with fresh fruit and convenient to-go options. I typically stay at Marriott properties, but chose this hotel due to its walking-distance location to my family—and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Overall, this was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely return to this location and recommend it to others.”
“The rooms are very nice, clean, fresh, and comfortable. Overall, the hotel is well maintained and the stay was pleasant. However, it’s very important to clarify this from the beginning: The “free breakfast” is NOT a real breakfast. They only offer basic packaged snacks, like bars and grab-and-go items. There is no hot food or proper breakfast options like most travelers would expect when booking a hotel that advertises breakfast included. I’m attaching photos so others can see for themselves and not be misled. If breakfast is important to you, I recommend comparing with other hotels before booking.”
